Aside from awesome rates, W.J. Bradley's smooth transaction process allows purchases and/or refi's to be done on time or early. I personally attend all of my closings with my borrowers in case questions come up. I communicate with my borrowers, sellers and realtors on a regular basis so everyone knows where we are in the process. I educate my borrowers whether they are first-time home buyers or savvy investors.
